Serenity Stones provides wellness services that may include, but are not limited to, salt cave sessions, infrared sauna, red light therapy, oxygen bar sessions, energy-based services, guided meditation, sound healing, and retail products.
All services are offered for wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility
By booking or participating in any service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
You understand the nature of the service you are receiving
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health concerns prior to your session
You agree to participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your personal well-being during and after each session.
3. Health Acknowledgement and Consent

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments must be booked through our approved booking platform or in person.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without a reduction in fees
Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to fees
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if policies are not followed.
5. Payments and Purchases
Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to receiving services unless otherwise stated.
Retail items, memberships, packages, and gift certificates are subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiration policies where applicable. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
6. Use of Facilities
Guests are expected to treat our space, staff, and other guests with respect.
We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Serenity Stones is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
